So for a fact I was very concerned as I have seen all those negative reviews and was traveling with my wife and our dog but eventually landed up at the location post conversations with Chinmay. I can tell for a fact that the reviews are indeed misleading. The rooms are not 5 stars not good for the budget. No stinking, cleaning was done properly and as they have solar hot water 24 hours. I will certainly suggest to please visit the property and then experience the stay yourself rather than deciding with the reviews.

I do agree that the property is indeed remotely located. So if you are visiting this property you need your own vehicle. Public transports won't help you. Also this is the fact that you need to place order for your food atleast 5 hours in advance,so if it's dinner you need to inform the caretaker by 4 as he needs to go to the market to purchase the meat\veggies as they don't stock it.

Feedback 1. No complementary water bottles were provided 2. We paid for 8 persons and not for two rooms but the arrangements were made like for two rooms 3. Both the AC have water leakage problem and hence we couldn't use any of them while we paid extra for these rooms 4. You have only one person as a care taker and he also seems non experienced, you need to increase persons 5. Property is not maintained at all ( infrastructure, painting, equipments) 6. Dining area was not upto the mark. Table and chairs were like 100 years old 7. There was dust everywhere 8. TV was not working The property looks like neglected.

The view was breathtaking. No less than any of the viewpoints I would say. The person managing the place Kishor ji and his wife were amazing and great hosts.

The rooms should have been cleaner and dusted we'll.

Perfect Location for experiencing Nature. Very Very friendly cooperative care taker Mr. Kishore Simple, Fresh and completely home made food by Mrs Kishore. Good Support for Local Travel Arrangements

Toiletries like shampoo brush and paste maybe added or specifically mentioned at the time of booking that they are not part of the package. Though care taker would help us getting them from market but the fact that the market itself is about 5 kms from the Hotel is a little discomfort. TV should be functioning

Room Cleanliness and location quite far and scary to travel post sunset.

We booked the valley view premium rooms, however the room was not as in the photos, the ac was not working and we were told to use another room without view for ac, which was very disappointing. The other ac room provided to us was very dirty and did not have proper lighting, feet were jet black within seconds of removing footwear. Two single beds were joined to make a double one which was uncomfortable, the owner was very demanding for full payment soon after booking , for people who walk in, they are not allowed to see the pathetic rooms without paying,
