There was absolutely no ventilation in room, half of the Lights were not working, towels were smelly, terrace were damaged

No maintenance, not cleaned at all, i had to cancel my trip bcoz of hotel, there was literally insects on my bed in no.3, I regretted staying there with family

The facilities were not there, such as restaurant. On multiple request they arranged snacks for us. The location is away from city area so they should have such facilities. The hotel was empty (no guests). No wifi no working television, electricity was fluctuating alot

INGreat location and ambience. The rooms were decent. Amazing mountain and river view from window - the best part of the hotel. Caretaker Kishore was of great help and assisted us. Basic amenities can be a bit improved though. Overall Great Stay. Would love to come back here because of its tranquil nature and surroundings.
Basic food items like Maggi, coffee, etc. was not always available. Food preparation and other time can be reduced. Rooms can be painted a bit better and the overall ambience can be improved.

Room had no Airconditioner, had fan but cannot control the speed of fan either you have to switch off or on , housekeeping was too lazy , at first place housekeeping didn't allowed us in property asking to pay first we had to speak to property owner and to enter the property after the drive of 7 hours didn't expected this from booking.com
