Need maintenance (paint)regularly, rooms were smelling, picture what given here for rooms and actual is different. Charged extra by giving extra rooms than needed. Need to be careful while booking.

We had booked two rooms Ground floor Lake view of 16 sqm and Mountain view 24 sqm but were given both rooms at Ground Floor of 16 sqm. There is no mention of 1st floor in booking site. Owner demanded extra money to give 1st floor room though was giving for one night only which we refused.Owner took Rs 900/ additionally for driver resting. The view as mentioned in booking site is not same. No bathtub as claimed in booking site. Facility is very old and no maintenance is being taken of property. Rooms and toilets are uncleaned. Charging additional amount for mineral water. Without personal vehicle can't reach to site.No transperency.

EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORST YOU COULD IMAGINE EVEN A LODGE WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT WE EXPERIENCED THERE, BOOKED AN ENTIRE STAY AND LEFT AFTER 3 HOURS OF STAY AS WE COULD NOT IMAGINE SPENDING THE ENTIRE NIGHT IN THAT RUN DOWN PLACE

Everything else apart from view was poor . Its not a hotel only on staff is available to do all the stuff . It should be listed on Air B&B instead of booking.com. Rooms were not clean no dining area floor broken

INI did not like anything. Please do not go. It is more over a hauntedplace. U do not see any facilities near the room. Like nt even tea facilities. It's over priced. The cost is not worth at all. If u really want quality time do not go. The owner is a liar, he will fake views Nd all but the tv isn't working, no cleanliness and the walls are swollen, ac nothing works.. There are more beautiful hotels there with better rate. Dont fall for scam of the owner, he just lies. Also if you are going with ua partners it's not safe place. And yes it's haunted tooo.. On that hotel u do not have anyone except the caretaker. He just needs to maintain his hotel which he haven't.. not painted even. Bad condition.. Please don't do the mistake i did, it's not a good place not worth money. And make sure u have some spiritual things with u because it's a HAUNTEDDDDD PLACCEEE.... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND..
