Everything. Very frankly. I think the property is Heavily overpriced. Basic facilities such as a water bottle, clean washrooms and clean blankets weren't provided. While paying a hefty amount of 2300, we expect amenities such as a kettle, sachets of coffee, tissues, glasses, shampoo etc. Nothing was available at the property. The property also looked rundown and nothing like what we saw in the images. The rooms have no network, and wifi wasn't something that they offered as well. I did get a bottle of water on requesting for the same, but the care taker demanded for Rs. 20 at checkout. I'm assuming that this was probably the price of water that he handed over. The tumbler in the washroom was broken at the handle as well.

The owner of the property was rude and arrogant at same time. Very misleading while booking they show amenities differently than actual just like example AC was shown in amenities but did not hot the AC in the room, they asked extra for the AC room. When its written in on the page pay at property still owner will call you and ask you for the payment and then only confirm the booking or else it can be sold out to other. Breakfast was shown in booking but later they charge you for the breakfast too. Helpers are really good but cant go beyond the instructions of the owner. Very poor customer satisfaction experience.
