Mit einem Drink empfangen und sehr zuvorkommend - freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmalige Aussicht!

Sehr gute Lage, oben auf dem Berg. Toller Blick über das Ugab-Tal. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit Balkon. Essen war gut. Am Nachmittag gab es im Restaurant Kaffee und Kuchen. Personal sehr nett.

Kein Kaffeekocher im Zimmer. Das Wellblechdach hat tagsüber geknarrt.

We stayed here for four nights during our tour of Namibia. In hindsight, three nights would have been enough. This has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation, but tourist attractions (Twyvelfontein, Brandberg, Waterberg Plateau) are just too far away. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the phenomenal views, including the surrounding nature, from the lodge. The surroundings can best be described as Namibia's “Monument Valley.” The lodge is set to become even better. We saw this from the renovation of a cottage and work being done on the pool. In principle, there is also a lot of untapped potential. We appreciated the attention and friendliness of the owner. You can see his passion and commitment to the place. We enjoyed the evening meals and breakfast. The food was good, with plenty of choice. Individual attention was given to vegetarians.

Our suggestions for improvement would be: The balcony chairs for each chalet, as all the outdoor chairs are rough. Investing in more luxury outdoor furniture would be advisable, so that guests can enjoy the views even more. Reading a book in the open air on the balcony can be unparalleled experience. In addition, the beds in our accommodation were twin beds. As a couple, it's not comfortable to sleep next to each other. There is also an opening around the chalet doors, which, in combination with the ceiling covering, allows insects such as spiders to enter unnoticed. Furthermore, the WiFi doesn't work very well. The final point would be the shower settings. It is difficult to set a constant, comfortable temperature.

Die Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, toller Gemeinschaftsraum mit Blick über die ganze Landschaft, ein schön eingefügter Pool, gutes Essen. Super war auch der Drive zu einigen Felszeichnungen in der Landschaft, die der Juniorchef selbst gefunden hat. Unglaublich auch die morgendliche Vogelschau an der Tränke.

Eine wunderschöne Lodge in spektakulärer Lage. Die Aussicht aus unserem Häuschen war atemberaubend, man kann morgens zum Sonnenaufgang über der Wüste aufwachen. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch nicht das beste unserer Reise. Die Pool Area hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es ist nicht erlaubt, einen Föhn zu nutzen aufgrund der Stromspannung, und es gibt daher auch keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
