Location of hot tub sunk into flooring made entry difficult for two of our guests fear of slipping in was a possibility removable steps of some sort would help

Excellent location to family who live in Yapham and lovely setting.

No outside cushions, outside dirty and previous guests socks etc under outside seating, windows dirty, TV propped up with a game, fridge handle changed and hard to open to name but a few disappointments. Definately not worth the money of £1600!

Nice lodge - hot tub fab

Oven didn’t work. Got there Friday evening with pizzas couldn’t cook them ended up having to throw them. Dishwasher filthy and it didn’t clean the dishes - we had to clean all the filter out of 2 months food. Disgusting.

Beautiful lodge, clean and comfortable. Site was spotless Easy check in and out process JJs restaurant, food was delicious and had a great gluten free selection, including a very tasty cappuccino cake.

Our "lake"view was a large dug out hole with about a foot of water in the bottom

Hot tub Everything needed in the kitchen was available and towels and toilet roll, dishwasher tablets tea towels washing up liquid etc Site was lovely and well kept Lovely pub on site as well as a pizza bar

There was a few things wrong that I had to report to reception broken light and broken handle The “lake” we were next to was like a big puddle that was drying up The cushions on the outdoor sofa were bean bags and very hard and uncomfortable The lighting from the pub to the lodges was badly lit and I was with my elderly grandmother so we were worried she would fall, we used our phone torches to get back safely
