Cosy, homely space. Nice to switch off with no WiFi and lots of board games/books/movie set up.

Living room window falling out of its frame meant it was quite drafty! I wouldn’t want to stay in winter. We had to hunt for a tea towel. Heating had to be manually switched on with “boost” button every few hours, or the cabin would get too cold.

Absolutely lovely! Very cute & cosy cabin, tucked away and private, nicely decorated with good facilities. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good kitchen with utensils. Projector ‘home cinema’ was great. Good selection of games. Lovely field outside. Bathroom floor was cool (made out of pennys!) Didn’t meet the hosts but they were helpful and friendly over the phone (initially struggled to find it as the message hadn’t come through with instructions). Strongly recommend a stay here! We really enjoyed our stay. Met a very friendly cat too!

The bathroom door was very difficult to close, so wasn’t very private.

If you are looking for a relaxing, digital detox style of trip this is exactly the place to stay. It was a lovely cabin with features you could tell the couple enjoyed creating together which was lovely! The hosts were fantastic from start to finish and we had a very cosy stay with board games, take away, movies and good conversations☺️💕

It was quite heavy rain so it was difficult to find things to do near by, we went to the Manor House for a cocktail and beer before we arrived which was lovely, headed to Barry’s or curries funpark the following day and spent a quiet Sunday morning making breakfast and chilling out before returning to chaos🤣 The only thing I would say is the projector wasn’t very loud, however I have problems with hearing so this may just be me or it could have been a setting we weren’t aware of but we connected our fire stick which boosted the volume but signal wasn’t great. Not to worry tho as their were plenty of games and recommendations from the hosts ☺️

We’ve stayed here a few times now & we love this place, it’s the perfect place to stay when you want to reset your mind. It’s so quiet, clean & comfortable. There’s a few shops no more than 10 minutes away to stock up for the stay & the hosts are only ever a text away if you need anything, but the cabin has everything you could need all within such a small, cosy space. There is no WiFi & phone signal is limited but thats exactly what we want - an escape from the world for a few days. This is definitely one of our favourite places to be.
