"Super cute, homey lil place"

10.0

I loved the whole vibe of this place! It’s so cute & super cosy for a quiet weekend away. We have already booked to come back! It really feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but the little town is just 5 mins away, we ordered takeaway both nights & had no issues having the meals delivered which was great.

The ONLY thing I could possibly fault is that we could have done with just a little more coal for the log burner. We stayed at the beginning of January for 2 nights & had, I want to say 7 pieces of coal. Not really a big issue as we were able to buy a bag just down the road!

"Little piece of heaven"

10.0

We loved our stay. It was a little piece of heaven. We loved the decor and the layout of the place. Furniture feels expensive and good quality and everything looks so lovely. Curling up on the sofa in front of the fire with a movie on the projector was very special! We loved that there was everything we needed to cook together. We loved the escape from our busy lives WiFi free with board games and good company.

Bathroom door could use a look at for a more private alternative, as the wooden foldable door is impracticable and offers little to no privacy. Bed was a little on the small size for two people. But very comfortable Also, it takes a bit of getting used to the woodlouse and earwigs but it is a cabin in a field? To be expected!

"3 quiet nights in a bungalo in the middle of nowhere."

8.0

THis is a 30m2 bungalo behind the main house, very private, on the edge of a large field of green green grass. Very quiet. It is a single space divided in 4. The back is the sleeping area with a comfy bed, cushions, etc. The middle is the kitchen area. The front is the sofa relaxing area. There is a small bathroom stuck next to the bedroom. Shower was great. The heating system works well. WE have not beeded it much but the 1h boost was very welcome. No wifi, 4G, telly but a home cinema with a small selection of DVDs. BRing your own! We have not met the owners but they left a bottle of limonade and milk! Thank you. About 1h drive to the Giant causeway and 1h to Belfast, both we recommend.

It looks half in the middle of a renovation, half on the way to deterioration. Not clear whether the material (sort of compressed building wood) is meant to be the industrial finishing touch or waiting to be covered by something more fancy. The bathroom is not separated. TRue, there is a fold-able door but the space is very small, so not super practical. There is very little space for drying the towels. NO rails and hardly a hook! The sofa does not face the screen so hard to watch a movie!

The cabin project was exactly what is needed if you need an actual break from hectic life. It was so clean and had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! Hosts were great on day of expected arrival with nothing being an issue with quick responses to any questions

Could maybe do with blackout curtains in the bedroom over the summer months
