Imvomvo Country Lodge and Conference Center

Very poor customer service and poor attitude from the receptionist, I was put in a room with a bath basin and requested to be moved to a room with a shower, but the room I was moved to smelled of paint causing me to suffer with sinus, I even left a day earlier due to the poor poor service from this establishment.

Loud noise at night I’m not sure if it was air conditioners or fridges. The cleaners in the morning were talking in the passages loudly the woke me up very early for my liking.

Sadly we didn’t have breakfast, we had to leave early before it was served. The property is on top of a mountain facing other mountains with exquisite views. It was very cold on the evening we arrived (summer), but there was an electric blanket and an aircon, so we got warm very quickly.

Kitchen closes early for dinner orders, but it’s in the rural area so it was expected, lucky we called and asked before arrival and then bought takeaways enroute.

Glad to find a decent place to stay in the middle of nowhere, the roundavels are really comfortable
