The staff was friendly and welcoming

1. TV remote was not working 2. The water closet was not securely fixedt to the floor

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm

Location

There was no microwave, no fridge, no mats on the floor, just very cold tiles . Mirror at the bathroom is very small and is mounted very high. No blankets, only the ones inside the wardrobe I had to make my bed. The following day, the person who did room service the following day just throwed them back in the wardrobe on top of our clothes.

The place is beautiful the outside is exceptional and clean.

Their kitchen and Bar service. There is no staff it's like they don't know anything. They made us pay for a buffet where else they don't offer a buffet they count how many eggs and what they should give yet they say it's a buffet. The meaning buffet is something they don't know. They let reception deal with the ordering no waiters no bar tenders and those receptionist don't even know what's on the menu for the dinner spaghetti or Penne. Complained about breakfast on Zulu guy I think his name was Zakhele or Zakes was very mean it's was like it's either this way or the high way. We also booked in the night at the accommodation for 3 other rooms my guests also received the same treatment. We tried calling the manager as the receptionist Onelwacouldnt helpor assist as to why they giving us the treatment the manager did apologize and said we should go back there and ask for more food they will assist us and asked for our room number but because of that other guy I couldn't go back and no one followed up. The Bar has dusty alcohol not refrigerated and there's no stock of many things.
