Location. Security. The view. The premises look great. The venue could be brilliant for an event; provided the staff are up to it.

The beds were not comfortable. Pillows are not 3* at all. They are worn out. Staff were indifferent. Not prepared to accommodate any of our requests. Booked 4 guests but were given 3 bath sheets. We asked for something to dry bathroom floor: were told NOOO. So we had to use our clothes to wipe the bathroom floor. There were cochroaches in our room but we decided not to mention it because the staff were rather cold and disinterested. They didn't even try to upsell by offering breakfast or mention it. We asked for Pool towels and they simply said Nooooo. It felt like they prefer fewer guests who asks for as little as possible. Mind you; we are from Ntabankulu and we thought lets spend one-night locally then proceed to South Coast. So we can market the place from experience. It was disappointing.

I did not get to stay at the lodge. I want my refund. .

I want my refund. My booking was confirmed and paid for only to be told that it's fully booked. Its been more than a week and I am still waiting for my refund
