The room was spacious

The staff was not prompt, couldnt be found when needed. Requested for extra bed but was told I can't get for my child

"It needs improvements, but it is a great place"

The place has beautiful views of the mountains and of the town. It is in a remote location.

The network was spotty, so it was hard to use the internet. The water pressure was too low, or the water was cold.
