Nice and quiet and clean

The location was fabulous, close to the beach and local club/coffee shops. Plenty of space and warm blankets and pillows. Fabulous location and beautiful surroundings.

The instructions to find the lock box wasn't clear. The garage was a tight fit. The TV was too small.

Quiet location, close to the beach, and a short walk into town.

Close to sawtell main strip and beach close drive to c ex stadium.

It was some what clean, however had a smell to it. Kitchen and bedroom windows were broken couldn’t be opened. House keys only opened back door and keys didn’t work in both screen doors or front door lock. Safety lock box broken was hard to access keys. Window coverings on side of house exposed all inside the home. Neighbours were quick to demand outside light stay turned off and also quick to tell us where we couldn’t park.

Beautiful location and comfortable beds.

Quiet, Beds were good, kitchen was ok.

A garage that fits a normal size car, Outside lights to work especially at the front door, Better heaters because its a fairly cold apartment, Doors not to touch the floors, a better shower & not in a bath tub that you look over the top of the shower screen & have very little room

There was no heating to speak of so had to resort to wrapping up in blankets when in lounge room. There was no internet access

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Location was great - so close to the beach and to the facilities we were visiting.

There was no heating at the property and the property was quite cold. We could not get the TV to work and we were unable to unlock the garage doors - none of the keys provided seemed to work.

Location was good but not fantastic There was ample room for us as a family.

No-wifi Old and outdated Communication was not great with booking agents - requested and rang a number of times without resolution
