Absolutely beautiful location

Air vent for toilets close to this room. Can let off a smell which can be unpleasant with wrong wind direction

Breakfast N/A. Quiet location suited us well. Nice grounds. Great views. Only short walk to little oneroa beach and oneroa main street for food. Friendly informative staff. Studio was just right for our needs. Good shower pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Nothing major - just silly little things. A little sink in the kitchenette area would have been good in the studio but we were able to fill the kettle in the bathroom sink and use the lodge kitchenette if we needed to wash dishes. A couple of extra long towel rails would have been good on the main wall in the bathroom and a small one right by the bathroom sink for the hand towel. The only thing that was a bit weird was having a full length glass window right next to the toilet, but the blind was able to be pulled for privacy.

"Would stay again!"

Amazing setting a few minutes walk from the beach. Lovely, friendly staff and a very comfortable room. It's not flashy/5-star but it was everything I needed for a few days on the island. I stayed solo but the room was a good size for more people. Breakfast being included was very welcome. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the hill which was handy for getting around without a car.

It was very old and in need of refurbishment There were cobwebs throughout the property
