The lady who was working on Saturday, the 30th, was the best ever. She should be promoted and acknowledged for her service.

No kitchen and not able to use kitchen water, bad wifi connection

The size of the room and proximity to work. The side bed mats.👌 The paving walkways. WiFi stable

Parking is far. The setup was odd. No microwave in the room👎 Absence of side bed lamps👎 The overflow water at the gate. The couch is too low for comfort. The direction boards invisible at night.

They were very helpful with the booking. We booked incorrect rooms and they upgraded us without hesitation. Will definitely book with them again.

You cant pay R870 a night but there are no coffee or tea stations in our rooms,thats so unprofessional. They dont have soaps and shampoos in their bathrooms. My shower was not working well in such a way that I was forced to take a shower next door from my friend.

1. The bad was making a funny noise. 2. The room that we paid for had no bar fridge and chair, and the table, yet when we added another standard room which had all those things. Why are your standard rooms not the same,
