Clean, Friendly staff, Close to town

The tv remote didn’t work. The road leading to the guest house is gravel.

I did not have breakfast at the location but the only thing i liked is the security, so we felt safe the entire stay.

The toilet and the shower was not clean, it had faded stains and maps.

The rooms were neat, clean & esthetically pleasing.

The management of bookings is very poor. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms but when I arrived I was confirmed to have booked only one room. My mother and sister were with me and it was late in the night and we were very tired. We all just wanted to shower and rest. A fair amount of time was spent trying to explain that I had booked 2 rooms and had received confirmation. I ended up saying they must just give me a key of that one room and all 3 of us would just share the space. After I had calmed down, I went through my emails and went back to reception to show that the confirmation was for 2 rooms for 4 people! Only then proper investigation and probing was done and another room was allocated! I tried giving them my reference number and I was told that "we don't use them here." Then at 2:00AM a very noisy crowd of guests arrived! Oh the place was noisy. Even when they got up at around 7:00AM they were shouting and screaming and we all had to be up because they were!

I wouldn't say there was anything I did not like but I would rather say, if only there was a swimming pool.
