- Manual opening of the gate (I found it uncomfortable that I had to tell someone to open the gate for me every time I got out. I felt sorry for the security guys) -The white towels I received at the deluxe room were not up to standard. Dirty and old -Breakfast was proper but not well organized. I have to asked for utensils. You are not limited but you feel limited.

Nothing. The stay was not worth the price.

The gate is manual and you have to physically open it. No security guard there. The hotel number is never answered, keeps ringing.

The place is clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful at any time.

Pressure of water in the shower was not good

Bad, mainly because it was not communicated on time. They waited for whereas we informed them a day before that we gonna need it & we thought it was part of a package.

It took them forever to prepare it. & we were never asked how we would like it.

Bathroom was big and water was hot.

Breakfast was cold, Driveway is bad, Gate is not locked. I asked for an invoice didn't receive it. Room has no fridge, no cutlery
