Clean room

Entrance was in the bush, unexpected, not mentioned, especially in the dark, no tar road.! The local restaurant wouldn't deliver there ! Staff were uninterested, unfriendly. No kettle in room, no coffee etc. No water pressure, had to wait till 8am to get hot water, staff seemed not to care, were still asleep when I looked for assistance .

Room was good

Aircon wasn't working, couldn't find with navigator, cars are parked too far from rooms, worried about safety of cars

The room was clean

There was no one at reception/ staff member to welcome us or orientate us There was one set of towels for night 1 for a room that was booked for 2 adults and 1 child There were no towels provided for night 2, due to the tumble dryer not working No tea making facilities in room Breakfast services was shabby - food ran out and we had to wait 25mins for new food to be cooked

The staff was incredibly friendly and even assisted us with a room change when we complained about a strong perfume scent in the room originally assigned.
