"Disappointing. Will not be going back."

When we arrived. Someone else had been given keys to our woodpecker lodge. We were kept waiting until mix up was sorted out. Two booking sites had been used and so we were given alternative accommodation which was smaller and not as expected.

The lodge was lovely and clean, quiet and comfortable lodge. very spacious. all the facilities and the hot tub was a lovely luxury.

disappointed the cuckoo cabin was not open when we were there. would have been good to have opening times to give us an idea when it was open.
