AUKomang and his staff were amazing. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts. The retreat is situated right on the point and you can check the surf from your bed. Beautiful home cooked traditional food and fresh local fruit and house made juices, what more could you ask for? If you would like a true Bali experience as it was 20 years ago, then I could not recommend Jasri Dalem Surf Retreat highly enough. I stayed for 3 weeks and loved every second of it. Will definitely be returning next year with family!

NLDe locatie en rust zijn prachtig. Gelegen direct aan zee.
Het gehele resort is ernstig toe aan totale vernieuwing. Wij waren er voor corona en hebben er toen een fijne tijd gehad. Nu na terugkomst was alles vervallen. Borden, kopjes bestek, alles vies. We zijn na 3 dagen maar vertrokken. Maar als alles gerenoveerd zou worden dan komen we zeker een keer terug. We houden het in de gaten.

A bit dusty
DELocation is absolutely prime, right by the ocean in front of the wave, perfect for surfers. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with refrigerator and water kettle. Beautiful complex set right in nature.
Place is a little run-down, but overall still comfortable.
FRLe calme de l'endroit, au milieu de nulle part et au bord de la mer ! Possibilité de manger sur place le soir sans excès de prix. La chambre est vitrée de toute part, une impression de dormir en pleine nature très satisfaisant !
A l'arrivée un doute s'est installé sur l'enregistrement de notre chambre parl'hote et nous avons du attendre une confirmation... Un peu bizarre !
AUDelightful nature-surrounded stay. Was magic to watch the sunlight change over the lush greenery, birds and with the symphony of ocean. My room was filled with light, big windows and a beach view. Easy walk down the beach to Charly's chocolate factory, cafe and shops beyond. Quiet beach with strong waves, great for surfers (as name suggests!) and adventurous ones, good to be aware of the tide and the currents here.
The space is dated, and could be maintained better, but the size is very generous and a great beachside location.
