Brilliant location very close to the bus station and also Lakeside. Friendly owners and helpful. Great value for money to get your own double room for the price

The room was a bit damp due to the humidity which made it slightly uncomfortable

Hosts were the greatest in greeting us, well behaved and genteel and took care of the smallest requests even at erratic times. They gave a degree of freedom only afforded at home, considering us a part of their families. Very accommodating indeed!! Also, the garden creates such an ambience at nighttime you've got to experience it!!

Nothing to write home about.

If you want a pleasant stay choose this nice hotel which is different from most budget ones. It is not on a street, but in the inner yard. There is a table, drawers etc in the room to put your stuff comfortably. Cute garden where you can sit outside your room. Best value for money

The little bungalows are basic but spotlessly clean with am en suite bathroom and outside seating area. The garden is beautiful, many flowering shrubs including a gorgeous night scented jasmine. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in your room. The three brothers who run the lodge are very kind and helpful, lent me a kettle so I could make my own hot drinks and gave me a lift to the bus park at a very reasonable price.

Nothing to complain.

Good size rooms. Nice, quiet garden. Every bungalow has little porch with chairs, we booked 3 nights but we stayed 7. Maybe our rate is a bit harsh, but it is really easy to fix some issues. Price is super low, so this is great value for money. 15min walk to the bus station, 15min walk to the lake side. Laundry and shops next door. We can recommend 'you and me' restaurant (2min walk). Lovely owners. Good wifi. We checked in at 6am !!!! after our night bus from kathmandu!

Our first room was with solar power shower, so it was stone cold. The next night we moved to the other (better) room. They did not clean the room or change towels during our stay (7 nights). Unfortunately, if you can't throw a paper to the toilet, you need at least bins to be taken out... it is a shame that the garden was neglected, because the space and flowers are lovely

It was a bit like staying in a village in the middle of Pokhara with the green gardens and flowers and it felt like coming home every night:) we had our own little garden in front of our flat and the owners were also extremely nice and helpful with everything. Would def come here again!

The host was very helpful. The location is very good. The property is in the beautiful garden. There was hot water in bathroom.

The room was not clean enough.

Excellent location. Walking distance to several restaurants and to Lakeside Rd. Accomodation in bungalows located in a nice garden (no steps up/down!). Breakfast on demand at very low price. Hosts are very friendly and cater to all your needs. Recommen.ded !!

The owners were soo friendly and helpful with everything. Value for money.
