The staff is very kind and helpful, they were very engaging and they shown really care for you being there. The lodge is small but cozy, however the room was at a very reasonable size. The room was comfortable and clean. Very good for the place where is located, it has a nice view

The access to the property as it is very secluded. you cannot get there is you don’t have a car, it is located in the middle or a farm facing the lake and volcano which makes it even for the long way to get there. if you have a small car like us … maybe consider getting a car with some engine power.

"A warm welcoming place to stay."

beautiful location, the food served in the small restaurant was fabulous and the views of the volcanoes was amazing. The owners were incredibly accommodating and very kind. Each cabana had their own large quiet area with your own patio and outdoor barbecue, with plenty of wildlife and a very efficient wood burning pellet stove for those slightly colder evenings. At the bottom of the track is a small but well stocked family run mini market with home grown fresh veg and fruit.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like at all.

Mikael & Audrey, the owners and operators of this amazing lodge greeted us upon arrival. Having traveled from the United States it was wonderful to find they both spoke English well. They gave us great tips and information for traveling around the area. In the lodge the beds and pillows were comfortable and plush. Exceeding our expectations. The restaurant provided amazing food. We both had steak that was the best that we have had in Chile. The deserts were freshly made and delicious, all topped off with an extensive wine collection from Chilean growers. The absolute stunning surprise at dinner was the amazing views of the volcanoes just outside our window. The lodge is about 20 minutes from the nearest town, however with the great breakfast and dinner we found we easily had everything we need. Wish we could have stayed longer.
