Kaoko Bush Lodge

Located in the large garden, they have two types of chalets. The old ones are a bit outdated and dark inside, but still functional, plenty of hot water a fan hanging from ceiling. The new ones are bright, modern with AC and are more comfy. The dinner was delicious home cooking, good beer from tap and Jagermeister all around. Good place for one night stopover. Cooked breakfast with standart choice, but nothing special.

The insects can get in the older chalets through not completely sealed windows. Advice: keep the lights dimmed or do not even turn it on after the dark. Use headlamp or your phone :-)

Staff are staying near the cottages and were very loud at night. Shower & taps need attention.

We had a lovely stay here. Clean room, comfy beds and absolutely wonderful, friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, facility is quite new and rooms are very cosy. Personnel was very helpful, and Food was delicious. There is a terrace to Watch wildlife. We’ ve regreted that we spent there only 1 night.

Trouble with the gates on entry and exit, fixed menu for dinner (no options), room VERY hot (no a/c) - only some windows have insect screens
