No aircon, but they will be putting in soon

Staff is nice, laundry service was done well, breakfast is fine. Dinner was also okay.

Bugs everywere, they enter the room above the door. No musquito nets. Didn’t sleep at all those two nights. Been attacked bij at least 50 different bugs a night. 4 Scorpions in the pool. Did see them after swimming. I told the receptionist, she only smiled and said “yes, those ones are poisonous”. They didn’t remove them, only after 2 days, but that was the day we left.

over all good o/n place once you leave Etosha in the West. "room" actually a little chalet. All you need but the floors should have been tiled.. Food good and the game steaks Sofia made us for supper the best of our 3 weeks trip. Stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Will come again if we should visit Namibia in 2 years

We booked last minute and arrived after check-in hours as indicated on booking.com - nevertheless, the welcome was exceptional and we we told we were in time for dinner! Dinner was tasty and well-prepared, and a generous portion of food. After a tough day with many challenges, we were able to relax and plan the next step. The new chalets are a delight and we had a good night's sleep.

Just one small note - the "non-slip" mat in from of the shower is actually "slippery-when-wet". Take care when getting out of the shower. Else, no negatives to report.

Super friendly staff. Excellent location for visiting Etosha NP (Golden Gate entrance ) , the room sizes were great. Fun watching all the tropical birds , geckos and ground squirrels that live around the property . Breakfast choice was fresh and tasty , the evening meal was a set menu , very good value for money.

The remote location on a very quiet spot in the bush. A welcoming bar and good restaurant. Excellent beds, shower. 😴 Wifi all over !

You have such a great location for the entrance to Etosha - that was the main reason we picked this location. It would be ideal to stay there and do day visits to the park and back.

Your staff are very friendly and helpful but a little more guidance and training in hospitality will only benefit your business in the near future. - The response from your front gate needs to be faster and more professional - Staff should engage with clients and when ordering drinks, follow up to ask if they would like anything else - Remove the projector from the dining area. Not pleasant at all having to listen to the daily ""soapies"" with the staff - Your menu should at least have two options for mains, not everyone likes venison or meat - Ventilation in the rooms was poor. A screen in front of the sliding door might be a solution if air-conditioning is out of the question
