Property is nice but the way the staff with beard man bahaved at couples is weird like he didn’t even see gurls before?

Such a bad way of staff prob

Onway road to hotel need to improve. No additional power plug even charge to mobile etc. No dim light while sleeping. Mosquitoes are enough in the room at night. Overall maintenance way poor. No hot water facilities for drinking water. Need more hangers/hooks to hang the clothes.

I didnt get the room which i booked

When I called just after booking the room through booking.com they just refused the booking and forced me to take direct booking that is also only on AC.

Room is excellent. Hotel services are super.

Never expected this by a booking.com client. We reached close to the hotel around 3pm and called them. The person at the hotel was rude also talked non sense. He was not ready to release the room, he asked why did you booked through booking.com He turned down our request, his talk was impolite As we had no option we searched and got another property in the nearby town Why your esteemed company still dealing with this kind of clients?

Personal behaviour is more important than anything else. They put us in total embarrassment
