NOTHING. They didn't provided rooms for us even after booking in online

Avoid this hotel at all costs ( Those who book online) Booked two AC rooms online., and teh booking was confirmed without requiring payment. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to be told that there were no rooms available. The most disappointing part was that they prioritized walk in customers and provided rooms to those who came directly, despite our confirmed booking. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If they cannot provide rooms for customers who book online, then why are they even partnering with online booking platform???????? if you are considering straying here, beware!! they clearly do not honor online bookings. i never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thw staff wre very bad in serive also i booked room for 1100rs in book.com bt whn i went to hotel thy said thy cnt give on tht price

Cleaning is not good staff is not good iam already booking non ac room they are giving ac room.very costly

Nothing to be honest except for the location.

Despite having the confirmation from booking.com the hotel refused to accept the confirmation and was forced to take a premium room as it was a late arrival. Booking.com says pay at property where as the hotel says it is not accepted. After paying for the room was told wifi was not working. The staff were busy watching their mobiles than taking care of of the customers.
