Ruime, schone kamer. Fijne familie die het hotel runt en overal bij helpt en ondersteunt (bijvoorbeeld in het donker even bij een restaurant afzetten omdat het onveilig is te lopen ivm de olifanten of het regelen van een tour).

This is our favourite stay out of 20 nights in Sri Lanka! So much wildlife to spot from the pool from Monkeys,lizards & birds! We had dinner there and it was so much better then eating out! The family that run the hotel are so kind and generous we would 100% return!

Die Besitzer sind wirklich extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Unserem 1,5 Jahre altem Sohn wurde mehrfach spezielles Essen gekocht und Spielzeug gebracht und mit ihm gespielt. Die Lage ist super für alle möglichen Touren, der Pool perfekt um danach zu relaxen und das Zimmer groß und gemütlich. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem das Rice & Curry der Besitzerin. Super lecker und super günstig! Man bekommt außerdem immer Kaffee und Tee und ausreichend Wasser! Es gibt viele Bäume und man kann Eichhörnchen und Glühwürmchen sehen!

Im Badezimmer gab es ein paar Krabbeltiere (Geckos und ganz kleine Frösche). Uns hat das gar nicht gestört, da diese Tiere zum Dschungel dazu gehören und sie nicht im Schlafzimmer waren! Außerdem fressen sie Mücken :)

Le lieu est vraiment chouette avec grande piscine. Petit dej top ! Personnel très arrangeant.

Les équipements dans les chambres sont pas vraiment terminés ou pas en bon état. La propreté n’est pas au top non plus. 3 nuits mais pas de Ménage - ni changement de serviette.

Lovely pool to use, the staff were amazing and very accommodating, booked an elephant safari through them and tuk tuk’s as well. Breakfast was very good.

You absolutely will not regret your stay at this gorgeous family run lodge. It was the perfect place to stay for our last 3 nights in Sri Lanka. The rooms are clean and comfy. Surrounded by nature and the family are the kindest, who will go above and beyond. All activities can be planned through the accomodation, the breakfasts are incredible and make sure you don't miss dinner!

Wonderful family run hotel a short stroll from restaurants & shops. The room was huge, clean & comfortable with a nice pool for cooling off in the afternoon. The family were very helpful & provided transport to local sites. The breakfast was delicious!! Highly recommend

A kettle in the room would be good for very early coffee.

Fantastic place. The host family were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. We had dinner there every night, and they organised a safari and trip to Polonnaruwa for us. They also dropped us off at Lion Rick for a sunrise climb, and then collected us afterwards. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The pool was great in the hot weather. Highly recommend.

The WiFi was a bit patchy, but the property is aware of it and is working on improving it. That small issue wouldn’t stop me staying here again in a heartbeat.
