Oak Lodge

Oak Lodge was a beautiful house and we were greeted by Robin when we got there. Our room was spacious and warm and spotlessly clean as was everywhere. There were thoughtful kind gestures everywhere. A sitting room with tea, coffee and biscuits provided with a fridge, microwave and plates . Comfortable sofas and a huge television for guests to relax with a balcony and stunning view. The garden was beautiful and breakfast the next morning freshly cooked along with pastries, fruit and yoghurt. I would highly recommend staying here we had a great time. Thank you Robin for being so kind we had a great time

A fabulous old style country retreat. The owner is on hand to answer any request and is the perfect host. A hearty breakfast is included in the price.

Beautiful property on 20 acres with sheep and chickens and lovely gardens. Very clean and well maintained. Guests are welcome to walk the property. Nice size bedroom with very comfy bed. 2 common areas to sit and have tea/coffee with upstairs common area also having a microwave and refrigerator. Excellent breakfast with fruit, yogurt, juices, muffins, toast, coffee, tea etc along with a delicious hot breakfast of egg, toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage and bacon. Owner is readily available and very helpful.
