- Super freundlicher Gastgeber - Kostenfreies Upgrade auf Villa Fernanda #1, mit extra Küche --> danke dafür nochmal - Traumhafte Aussicht auf den Vulkan (wenn denn keine Wolken sind) - 10% Rabatt in der zugehörigen Pizzeria - ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum zu fuß - man hört die straße die vorbeigeht natürlich schon, aber bei uns kein Problem - Klimaanlage funktioniert 👍

Jammern auf hohen Niveau: - Selten so dünnes Klopapier gehabt, das beim anschauen schon reißt. 😅🤣 Sonst alles super. Danke nochmal!

Nada que reprochar, muy amables

We were staying at the smaller room. It has a fridge, table, place to put your things and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well equipped. At first glance the room has everything you need. It is located about 10 min walking distance from the main center and is located next to the main street going in and out of the city.

Unfortunately the main street that is passing by the hotel is really loud. Especially at night the Motos and trucks drive by really fast and it sounds like they are passing right next to you. We didn't sleep well as we woke up multiple times a night. That's why our rating is medium. Furthermore no breakfast is included and even with the fridge it is hard to prepare breakfast without cuttery and plates.

Mucho ruido de noche en esa carretera, quizás fue porque era sábado pero el ruido de carros y gente que estaba de fiesta no dejaba descansar.

The small and cozy room is clean and well appointed. The location is convenient. The restaurant that is there is incredible - you must try the pasta!

The room is a little small.
