El trato de todos los empleados. La cama fue muy comoda. Opción de aire acondicionado y además ventilador. Nos olvidamos una bolsa en el apartamento y nos ayudaron MUCHO para poderlo recuperar.

Check in at the Italian restaurant nearby was cordial and the food there was excellent! The room was lovely, comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. I enjoyed seeing a beautiful view of the volcano Arenal from the balcony on arrival. Location was convenient just outside of the town. Staff at the restaurant helped me in finding how to get to the National Park to hike. I didn’t need a guide. Uber took me to the National Parks entrance and another Uber returned me to the apartment and a fabulous meal at the restaurant.

The only drawback is the highway that goes in front of the restaurant. The apartment is behind the restaurant. Even a two lane highway has road noise, especially the big trucks very early in the morning. Using the fan and the AC for white noise really helped.
