Villa Yioukkas

The space, quiet area, close to beach, town center and best archeological sites. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and great fireplace (we had some cold evenings). Friendly and engaging hosts. Upon our late arrival there were some very welcome appetizers and drinks provided.

Marios was a fantastic host - he provided everything needed for a really relaxing holiday. He spent time explaining how everything worked in the house, where to find the supermarket etc. and provided a welcome pack of food & drink when we arrived late in the night from our flight, which we really appreciated. The villa is really well-equipped, spacious, comfortable & clean. The outdoor space & pool is amazing. The area is very peaceful & tranquil but with a short drive of beaches & amenities in Paphos. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and hope to return. Thank you Marios!

We had no complaints- everything was perfect

The over all experience was excellent we was met outside the villa shown around and how to use everything there was even bacon eggs bread and wine and Milk for when we arrived excellent size pool area and it is so quite you’ll not see anyone as the villa is on its own grounds so is totally private

Nothing everything was met what we needed and more

Absolutely everything! The Villa is stunning and the host made us very welcome. We had a starter pack of goodies gifted to us to help us settle in. We were met and shown how everything works. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s a stunning Villa with restaurants and beaches all very close by. We hired a car (which is probably needed) and found everything extremely easy to get to. This Villa is great for families. Marios and his family are very kind and we will return!

A place for people who value privacy and silence. Everything is as described. The owner of Villa Marios is very hospitable, cheerful and helpful. He showed us around the Villa and told us everything in detail. On site we were welcomed with snacks and a glass of wine. I highly recommend this place because of the location, price and host. Well what's not to like. The villa is absolutely amazing. Everything is pristine. The whole place is breathtaking. The moment we walked towards this building we knew we would come back. The whole place talks for itself. The owner has put his heart and soul into this villa . Marios the owner put supplies in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The pool is beautiful as well as is the garden. This place is a must visit. I could go on and on but you must go and see for yourself.

Marios the owner & his family are super hosts, very welcoming, full of knowledge about Cyprus, as well as accommodating. The property itself is spectacular! Every inch of detail is fantastic, from the design to decoration. Inside Villa Yioukkas is like living inside a traditional old Cypriot home but with modern twist. It is clean & cosy. The garden & pool are very well kept & secluded from others & maintained to the highest standard. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes to the harbour but further enough away from the busy tourist areas. Your own piece of paradise. We look forward to coming back & tell our friends & family about this beautiful Cypriot gold mine.

Very authentic looking Greek villa with a huge pool, was a really big villa too and great value for money. It’s in a nice location, private and quiet. A gorgeous garden/outdoor area too. The property was very clean too! We came to paphos to get married and this villa was the perfect place for us and Marios made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here we had the most wonderful time at this villa.

Nothing! But would recommend getting a car if you can or you may need to get a taxi into central paphos (only a 5 minute drive though so it’s not far at all!)
