Villa Yioukkas

A home away from home, this villa has everything you could ever need for an unforgettable holiday. Only a few minutes drive from amenities and the main promenade. Absolutely spotless, beautiful pool, very well maintained. Completely private, not overlooked at all. What really made this villa, were the hosts Marios and his wife. So thoughtful to have fresh milk, bread, butter and other food items already waiting for us, especially as our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. The hosts went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy and we're always available if needed. So beautiful, we booked for next year whilst we were still there! Can not wait to return. Thankyou Marios for an amazing holiday.

The villas was amazing extremely well equipped and maintained, pool was amazing! Marios was extremely helpful and only a message or call away, we felt at ease the moment we arrived and really didn’t want to leave!

Lovely welcome from Marios when we arrived. The welcome pack of fresh bread, bacon, eggs, water, fruit and wine was very generous. Very peaceful location and the villa had everything we needed. Lovely outside space and pool.

The house was perfect and the outdoor space was exceptional. The pool is a great size and very private. The owners, Marios and Sylke made us very welcome and had all the food essentials as well as a bottle of wine left in the house for us.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location but it is good to have a car.

The host was amazing, provided us with every thing we needed would definitely come back! Sad to be home.

Everything was perfect!!

The Villa was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids). We looked for our own place with a pool and found the perfect match. First, Marius is a very kind and nice person, very professional and supported us throughout the entire stay. The villa is maintained to a very high standard. The equipment level is very high. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of kitchen utensils. Fruit, bread and wine were waiting for us when we arrived. The location is very good, 5-10 minutes from main locations in Paphos (Water park, beaches, mall, old town etc'). The Villa is the main reason our trip was so successful, it really felt like home.

Absolutely amazing!! I have never had an amazing holiday like this one. Marios is a fabulous host, he was so helpful and friendly, the best thing is he was so honest with us. He met us on arrival and Walked us through the villa and the facilities, left us essentials like bread/milk. He even showed us the other villa, but we fell in love with this one from the moment we walked through the door as it’s more traditional. A car is essential and allowed us to get about, but everything is in a 5min drive. The pool is amazing, it’s not cold whatsoever. We certainly loved the relaxation and quietness of the area. Marios you done absolutely amazing in making this villa private from the surrounding land. We stayed in a hotel last year and we’ll never go back to hotel after finding this gem. Absolutely nothing!

Quiet and private Pool is huge and like a warm bath in the hot sun! Villa is well equipped with everything you need including pool floats! Owner Marios is only a phone call away and couldn't do enough for you Car is needed due to location but you are within walking distance to the local area of Geroskipou, shops, bakery, bars and restaurant but this is uphill Villa is beautiful and feels like the real cyprus not a hotel and it is surrounded by orchards Beach isn't far around 1km/1mile Very easy to get to and from the airport!

Wasps in the pool throughout the day, constantly fishing them out with pool net, but this couldn't be helped!
