Ambience of the Room is good, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located near Pollachi bus stand where hotels and shops are surrounded.

Hot water was not available. No car parking available in hotel. Vehicles to be parked in the high traffic roadside

Interior design

We were allocated room 104 and that room was adjacent to neighboring restaurant kitchen area and since morning 4:15 AM loud sound of kitchen machinery starts playing out and disturbs the sleep. The room also had some problem with Hot Water supply and for initial 5 days we had to take bath in one of other vacant rooms in-order to avail hot water. Upon repeated complain and finally some one from the hotel owner stepping in, it got slight rectified on the last day of our stay.

Room interior and facility good.

No hot water in bathroom and no parking arrangements.
