"stay is Good but Night duty Manager service is very poor"

Hotel is centrally located and close to Market and Restaurants

Night Duty Manager is worst and very poor service. He do not lift the phone and after repeated attempts, if you are able to contact them for any service, he will say that we will revert back but never kept up his promise. Day Duty Lady staff is polite and provides required help.
