Casa spaziosa, con tutto il ncessario, buon rapporto quakita/prezzo, abbastanza vicina al centro

A nice apartment 15 minute walk to main shopping and dining area.

Car parking a short walk away from apartment.

Location & quietness.

Door locks were very sticky and gates need to be lifted to open, but the host addressed the situation. Would only use out of season, as there is no air conditioning, although fans were provided. Bins in the bathrooms would be of been nice and it needs new knives or knives sharpened. Also, there was no chopping board for bread.

Great location, not a party place which is what we were looking for, respectful atmosphere. Very cool and nice pool area with lots of palms, and green plants, the apartment and the whole Sultan area were very tidy and clean. Nice that Jose reached out to make sure that all is good and if we needed anything

In the evening few bugs appeared, but I guess it's not the owner's fault, they're just everywhere

Sehr netter zentrumsnaher Komplex mit einigen Wohnungen. Für Selbstversorger sehr gut ausgestattet. Aquapark fußläufig erreichbar genau so wie ein kleiner Shop und diverse Restaurants. Das Zentrum ist in ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit per Nachricht erreichbar und antwortet prompt. Die Außenanlage wird täglich gereinigt genau so wie der Pool. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Obiekt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. W apartamencie czekał na nas zestaw przyborów kuchennych, worki na śmieci, tabletki do zmywarki. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i salon. Sypialnie czyste i schludne. Właściciel zapewnił ciasteczka i soki w dniu przyjazdu. Jesteśmy zachwyceni :) Polecamy Polakom i z pewnością wrócimy :)

Wszystko było w porządku, niestety sąsiedzi z nr 13 byli głośni, ale wiemy, że Jose nie bierze odpowiedzialności za sąsiedni apartament :)

No funcionaba el wifi

The pool areas were lovely, but a bit awkward having to take sunbeds from apartment to pool, especially sice we were up stairs

No air con. WiFi did not work, and host did not seem to care less when I we contacted them. 4 day stay over weekend, no wifi, there for no TV either, and phone signal so.poor on outskirts of town so 4G was not available. Was on a main road where dune buggies constantly go past making a racket. Common stairwells covered in sand making then slippy and dangerous.

Beautiful peaceful location.

A nice added touch would be to supply a couple more dishwasher tablets and maybe some hand soaps in bathroom. Also some small basics in the kitchen such as olive oil, salt and pepper I am sure would be appreciated by most guests. Other than that, it was great.
