Fabulous stay in a 2 bedroom modern apartment and spotlessly clean. The private furnished rooftop terrace was a bonus giving great 360 degree views . The complex itself was very clean, tidy and quiet and we felt safe at all times during our stay. Located within approximately 5 minutes walk to a strip of bars/ restaurants and supermarket.There were also more restaurants/ bars and an express supermarket within the same distance in the other direction. Excellent and helpful communication from the host at all times with clear guidance regarding access to the apartment. We have already booked to return next year.

The complex and apartment are very clean and well maintained and the apartment is well equipped with everything you could need from a self catering apartment. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants available within a 10 minute walk including supermarkets.

The Key safe was on a very busy road

The apartment backed onto a very busy noisy road Which we didn't Know till a day before going.I messsaged Hose saying I didn't want to go because of the Noise He said Its alot better at night ! It does say steps to the apartment But not 3 flights of stairs plus 2 more flights to the roof terrace. It hadn't been cleaned from the people before When I contacted the host Hose He said it's our apartment there's a mop and Bucket! The Fans were old and only 2 barely worked. Hose did send a women with another used Fan Who knocked at the door put the fan outside and left. My Husband took Ill with chest pains I rang Hose to ask for the number for Emergency He didn't answer I then Rang emergency number in the book in the apartment for Rosa telling her It was Emergency She spoke in Spanish and put the phone down. I then Googled for the number it was 112 I rang an ambulance came. Next day I got a text from Hose saying I should have never contacted Rosa As she only deals with Emergencies in the Apartment !!! Its Just a dirty run down Apartment. I wanted to be moved After the first day but there wasn't any other available I would have gone anywhere But had to bare It for 3 weeks !!!

A little further away from the town centre than i expected

The location was very close to town and beaches. Area was very quiet and secure

No Air Conditioning in the accommodation, although there were two fans which did help a bit.

Jose was so helpful right from the moment we placed the booking. He was very accommodating - offering us a late check out and very responsive to any messages, assisting us also with recommendations for taxi transfers. An excellent host. The apartment was well equipped with a massive roof terrace and plenty of outdoor furniture. The pool (of which there are 2) is meticulously maintained and is in beautiful surroundings with lots of exotic greenery. It was beautiful. We strolled into the gorgeous old town at night (20 mins) and taxi back - around 5 euros. There’s a decent supermarket on the corner and a couple of bars and cafes close by. We loved our time there and will return.

I think some form of shade on the roof terrace though I appreciate umbrellas can get damaged.. and I thought it a shame that the kitchen was emptied of non perishables. E.g tin oil or kitchen roll, salt and pepper - it’s been customary for us to leave anything like that we’ve bought for the next guests e.g

A quiet spot away from the main bustle with access to a pool from the terrace - we couldn't have asked for more! Each bedroom had its own bathroom area and a fan and the kitchen was really well stocked! We enjoyed lots of lunches on the terrace! Our host has been fantastic - helpful and friendly, making sure we were happy and had all we needed. It's close to El Campanario; a fantastic shopping centre with absolutely delicious food and a great variety of shops and it's only a half hour walk from music square and the port, where, again we found great shops and amazing food. Our apartment was really clean and we were so grateful for the little toiletry welcome basket! We only wish we could have stayed longer!
