Birches Cottage & the Willows Garden Room

Location, views, the solitude and quiet, only the birds and the wind in the trees.

The only down side was the absence of wifi...but given the rural location most people booking here may not want wifi any way.

The Cottage was very spacious, light and beautifully decorated. Functional and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable and every thing you can think of is available, hot water bottles, fan, swimming towels. The kitchenette is well equipped and the bathroom has the perfect bath and great pressure shower. The walks are so well maintained, marked clearly and little surprises around each corner. The moonlight deck was perfect for sundowners.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated cottage called the Birches. The various walls were all maintained, and it was heavenly being out in nature and walking along the river. Thank you Elsabe and Huck

We absolutely loved the walks on the property - beautifully thought-out and clearly sign-posted. Paths are so well maintained and points of interest kept up engaged and looking forward to exploring even more.

The location, it was peaceful a home away from home, it was fully equipped and cosy unit, loved it, the nature trails to the river and viewing areas are a must see, it was also not to far from the town, plenty to see and do in the area
