Quiet area near to supermarket we'll maintained resort

Noisy air-conditioning. Lack of towels. Pool only cleaned once after really windy first four days.

Beautiful villa, well designed, above expectations with every amenity provided for. Cannot fault it!!

Pool was very cold, worth spending the xtra few euros to get it heated even for a few days. Once heated it was fabulous and the kids and adults loved it!

The apartment was lovely and spacious and well presented. The kitchen facilities were adequate and the courtyard was pretty. The restaurant/bar was good for lunch, but not so good for dinner. The rooftop terrace was OK. Corralejo was a taxi ride away, but there were 2 big supermarkets, a Mercadona and a Lidl, within a couple of minutes walk if you wished to self cater, which we did.

The hot-tub was quite grubby and not very warm, when we eventually got it to work, so we didn't use that. The bedrooms are very strangely arranged, with only one being accessible from inside the apartment. The other two were accessed separately, from the courtyard and with no connection between the two. This makes the apartments unsuitable for children, because of isolation and because the rooms open directly onto the pool area, or indeed, for anyone who might not like to be separated from the other guests. I feel this should be made clear in the description. So, if someone is in one of the outside bedrooms , they would have to lock themselves into their room at night, which leads me to another problem. The locks. My sister, was showering in one of the outside bedrooms, couldn't open the door and was consequently locked in the room. She eventually managed to get out and the housekeeper, who was great, came and gave us the key to the other bedroom. Now, this business with broken external locks had been mentioned in a previous review, so we specifically asked if they had been fixed, and we were assured that they had. They clearly had not been fixed properly.

it's position, pool, general amenities. convenient to supermarkets, good restaurant easy driving distance to town centre and beaches. Host was very helpful.

The Whirlpool didn't work.

Rooftop, pool, bedrooms, enough space for food in the kitchen. Nice views. We had nice holiday.

Communication with the owner, jacuzzi didnt work well, any instructions how to use jacuzzi, gym or house appliences. Pool was dirty when we arrived. No toilet paper.

Lovely and clean, beds super comfy, had all we needed.

We had a few niggles with the hot water but one message and someone sorted it immediately.

Drain smell in bottom bedroom shower hole, unfortunately the pool edge wasn’t painted and was stained, pool underwater lights didn’t work as shown in picture which was a shame because it’s a lovely touch on a night, just in places it needs a little tlc
