Arpaso

Lovely private villa on a quiet road. Nice pool and sun lounger area that got the sun for most of the day.. Plenty of space in the villa as well.

Location is just a little bit out of town. About a 10 min walk to the shop and another 5 mins into the main area of the town. Also one of the mattresses on the double bed needs to be replaced immediately as it's very worn out. No tea towels or any sort of sponges etc for cleaning dishes in the kitchen. Could've done with a few of those.

Location is great, quiet neighbourhood just a short walk from local shops/bars/restaurants and only 10 minutes to the sea front. The villa is spacious and well appointed with plenty of lounging areas and a well equipped kitchen. The second full bathroom downstairs, serving the downstairs bedroom, is very good. The covered outdoor patio is excellent for sitting out in the shade and there is good provision of sunbeds by the pool. The pool is probably the best feature as it is a good size with easy stepped access, and great for families having a water slide and a bubble feature. Nice to have the option of an outdoor barbeque and the pool table and table tennis were good fun.

Didn't realise there was a washing machine and brush mop etc as they were in an outside cupboard. In the downstairs twin bedroom the bed nearest the door had to be moved to open/close the door, and the beds were a little hard for an adult. Front door to the villa scuffs on the floor - needs adjusting. It would be good if there was a dedicated parking space on the street outside the front of the property.

The villa was exceptionally well kitted out, there was absolutely everything we could have wished for. So much care and attention including being decorated for Christmas and a little present for each of the children waiting when we arrived.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The one suggestion would be to include a floor plan in the info as with 9 of us this would have really helped.

Great spacious villa near amenities. Pool v nice and would recommend to stay here.

Would have liked access details sooner than day of arrival as caused concern and made me question if there would be an issue on arrival which gave unease. Mattress not great for me personally

Brilliant villa- perfect for relaxing with our family. Clean and tidy. Excellent setup and location. Very helpful hosts. Already planning to come again!

Would have ideally liked information about nearest recycling bin as we didn’t discover it until halfway through but otherwise faultless!

Arpaso is a great Villa, the owners have thought of everything, it is well maintained and well equipped for all the family. The Villa is a 5 minute walk to local amenities and a 15-20 minute walk to the main strip in Costa Teguise. We had a hire car and never had any issues with parking.

There is no air conditioning downstairs which would be beneficial as it does get hot. However, there is air conditioning in the bedrooms. The water slide turns off around 5pm My biggest issue was the CCTV cameras that overlook the pool area and the patio area leaving us with a feeling of being watched, my wife and kids would naturally be in their swimming costumes and we felt like we were being watched. But other than this, the Villa was perfect.

Can't fault anything, the pool was amazing, outdoor space was huge, bars and restaurants were close enough without causing any noise and the villa was beautiful, if we ever go back to Costa Teguise this would be the first place that I would check for availability, host was quick to respond to any questions that I had

We're a bunch of softies so would have preferred a bit of pool heating but we got used to it eventually

Amazing Villa, excellent facilities and location. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely return.
