Arpaso

The pool and the sports equipment were fantastic! The overall size of the villa was perfect for our family of 7.

Could have done with 3 bathrooms instead of 2 and maybe 2 double beds instead of only 1.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The highlight was the pool and outside space - brilliant facilities!

Can’t fault the villa. The town itself was a little tired and run down but still a few nice restaurants.

we did not cook breakfast we had a walk down the rd to a little place called ferries 3 euros full English excellent

Air conditioning not working in some rooms, cooker only 2 hobs hard for a large family.

Fantastic stay here with family. Pool was the highlight especially the volley ball net across the pool, this provided hours of fun for everyone. Table tennis was also provided and enjoyable. All towels provided for our stay outdoor area was comfortable with plenty of sunbeds too. Indoor facilities were great also and perfect for everyone in our party ranging from a 6 Yr old to adults.

The pool table maybe needs upgrading if anything and being fussy.

Absolutely fantastic time at Arpaso, owner was easily contactable prior to our holiday and very pleasant! Answered all my annoying questions! Ha! The villa was absolutely stunning, perfect with all our children they were amazed with the slide and all the space they had for games etc. Villa was extremely clean and even had a 'mini' clean half way through our stay.... it wasnt mini it was a thorough clean and they did a fantastic job. Villa was perfect location with short walk to shops (spar) cheaper than going any further supermarket as they get more expensive! bars and restaurant's, cactus jacks for cheap drinks and mar azul for fantastic food and service! Also mi piace great food! Everything is in walking distance so no need for a car like we originally thought. Days out were easy to book at local tourist centre, and they even picked us up at villa or at nearby beatrix hotel! Overall villa was amazing we had a brilliant time and cant thank you enough for how easy you made everything for us! We will be back again! Sian Williams

Only downfall was the air con we couldn't turn it down past 23 degrees and due to us having room 4 & 5 which are 2 rooms together which is great for families, our sweaty children made the room hotter! Either way we had a fantastic stay and this would not stop us coming back!

Very near centre and shopping

The pool is amazing at this property. The garden area is lovely, lots of loungers, there is a sauna as well as lots of games for the kids and a football area and basket ball hoop. The outdoor areas are great and this is where you spend most of your time on holiday. The decoration in the downstairs of the house is nice and reasonably modern.

The only downsides of the property were that the water inside was cool-ish we couldn't get it really hot and there is no bath, just two showers, although I know most people prefer showers. The outside shower in the garden is really hot however. The 5th bedroom is through the 4th bedroom with just a curtain divider, which didn't matter to us as we were under occupancy so it just made a lovely large room with a sitting area but I hadn't realised this from the the website. There are only 2 bathrooms which was fine for 4 of us. The key was provided by key code and was provided on time by the hosts but I had tried to contact the property to check all was ok for the visit before paying and communication at that stage was slower but at the point of arrival the hosts were responsive and provided the key code detail on time and even allowed us to check in really early at noon, which was very helpful. Its a reasonably long walk to the resort centre from this property if you have moaning children with you but the taxi's in the resort were great and easy to book even with no Spanish.

We were a group of 9 (2 families), the villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. The large pool and slide were the star attraction for both the adults and children. The basketball, football and pool table also got a lot of use. Overall 10/10, we'd love to return (and hopefully will)

Only one minor negative, there were no mirrors in the bedrooms which meant more congestion in the two bathrooms when getting ready to go out.
