The villa was spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bed linen was very clean. Plenty of towels. The grounds were very well kept and clean. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean. The villa was well equipped.

Een groot en goed onderhouden huis. De faciliteiten waren goed en compleet. Mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. De ontvangst was hartelijk en duidelijk. Uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw, die snel en behulpzaam reageert. Echt vermeldenswaardig is, dat alles uitermate schoon en verzorgd is.

De villa ligt direct aan de snelweg

Very well located, around the center of the island, serving as a good base for exploring. Also, right next to the main highway. You are 30-40mins driving distance from the southernmost point of the island and about 1h away from the northern part. Very clean place, spotless. Plenty of space, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + 1 extra bathroom near the pool/jacuzii/bbq area. Big living room, decent kitchen, but very well equipped. AC in every room, which may come in handy both in hot and chilly days. Smart TV Decent sized pool, although not heated, so in March was rather cold. But the hottub made up for it. We really appreciated Ramiro's help. He came most days in the morning, just to make sure everything was ok and comfortable for us. Great communication with the hosts. They answered quickly and were very helpful and friendly. They provided everything guests might need. We enjoyed a couple of bbqs duribg our week-long stay. Make sure you buy good quality coal, since it may get tricky to light up. It's almost impossible to get firewood on the island. It's probably best if you rent a car, since public transportation is not really an option. Being next to the highway is not that big of a problem when it comes to noise inside the house, even if it's quite busy.

Everything was fine. When coming to Lanzarote, be ready for strong winds (especially in the evening) and plenty of sun. Being there in march had it's downside, both the sea and the water in the pool being really chilly. But it's perfect for sunbathing, exploring the island and unwinding. And the hottub really makes up for the cold sea.

Mooie locatie,mooie villa en de eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn super lief. Alles wordt perfect schoongemaakt inclusief tuin zwembad en jacuzzi.

Alles was perfect dus geen minpunten.

Car is a necessity

We absolutely loved the Villa Las Cuevas, it was so spacious and everything you needed. The pool was cleaned everyday, the bbq & hot tub area was lovely for evenings. Inside the house had everything you needed, a lovely welcome gift which was much appreciated. Victor and Lina were such excellent hosts, if you needed anything they were just a phone call away.
