Perfect positioning overlooking beach, short walk to restaurants/cafe/jetty. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and very clean

The furnishings and decor throughout were lovely. The little touches like wall art and plants were very nice. The view is excellent. Beds were comfy and lots of extra blankets provided which was great. It was also great to have a clothes dryer for those rainy days.

Cutlery, plates and cookware weren't very clean. Saucepans and cutting boards could use an update. Also the couch covers weren't clean and could be updated. Some toiletries in the bathroom would be nice.

Great location

Needs a deep clean and was not a three bedroom as advertised with third bedroom in a hallway cubby with undersized bunk and open.

The location is amazing, the beach and the resort are awesome though the villa is a bit of a walk to the jetty hut we appreciate the nice and quiet away from where there is a concentration of people. The unit is great, lots of space and looks nice and modern with a nice renovation done. The large fridge with the mini bar were great to have. And washing machine and drier were awesome. The second toulet downstairs was also great and the hose under the house to clean out sand from our feet are great.

The couch really needs to be replaced, it is old and the fabric is peeling making a huge mess. There is not enough bowls in the kitchen. The microwave is either too old or dirty, it drops little black things in your food when you use it. Upstairs is really really hot, it desperately needs air conditioning, it is very uncomfortable at night. The bathroom upstairs is very old, there are too many spots that are either rusty, mouldy or broken. The wood in the balcony is rotten and broken on the bottom of the left side (when looking out to the beach) which made us a bit scared to use the balcony. The unit we definitely not cleaned properly - we unfortunately dropped something under the couch and had to move it a bit to find it and it was disgusting under, like it had not been moved in a very long time.

Astonishing position of accommodation,comfortable bed and wonderful view.

The toilet seat on the upstairs toilet was a little broken and all the time you scratch your bump. No shampoo,soap or conditioner,just a mini soap bar near the sink. Not enough for 6 people. Also missed the foot towel mat.

Location was great as far as views and beach access. Villa was extremely comfortable, including BBQ on front balcony;

Private comment for owner - Please Fix broken toilet seat which actually had a piece missing from the seat. Otherwise good.
