Location and facilities were spot on

Wifi could be poor at times and did not really reach upstairs at times

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property is central form town and the marina and set far enough back to eliminate most of the noise from the big hotels

We had no issues at all with the property

Turned up to Villa 23 a bit apprehensive because we only paid €455 for 5 nights. Well, what a suprise...! It's massive, very clean and in a fantastic location only 10-20 minute walking distance to Playa Dorada, main town, supermarket(Aldi or Hyperdino) and Rubicon Marina. It's clearly been recently refurbished, it was bright, comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside space is huge and not overlooked, the pool is cold but it was December. We've stayed in several villas and self catering complexes in Playa Blanca and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Spacious and well located

Poor shower installation meant water flooded bathroom floor. No chopping boards, lack of food storage cupboard space, blunt knives. No operating instructions for the Hob or washing machine. No mood lighting in living and dining area - overhead lights too bright. Living area didn’t feel very “homely” - lacked finishing touches. No place mats or drinks coasters etc. Admin letter provided contact name but no telephone number.

As usual the property was immaculate for our arrival with everything we needed for our stay The hot water boiler decided to burst on the Sunday of our first week and we were amazed at the prompt response and replacement for a brand new boiler…..wouldn’t have been able to get the same service back home

Nothing, please continue to provide the fantastic facilities and perfect accommodation Not a fault of the property but only managed one dip in the pool during our two week stay as it was freezing All in all couldn’t ask for better

Have stayed here 5 times. Our villa, no 11, was renovated as are other villas. New gates, glass panelling, white painting interior on all wooded panels/doors, new mattresses, new showers. Wow, everything is excellent.

Water from shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Pool could not be heated.
