Great size and location, Pool was fantastic and used daily. Lovely seating area outside for eating in the shade. Our family had a fantastic time in the villa. Only a 10 minute walk to all the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Just some things that might improve the villa. A welcome folder listing contacts and emergency numbers and details on using washer etc. could also contain local attraction details and take out menus. Some plastic picnic wear to use outside for safety. Need to look at loose plug socket in downstairs bedroom. Need barbecue tray to use coal on barbecue. Cover for pool would be good to keep leaves out.

The location is excellent for families, a short less than 10 min walk to the center of Playa Blanca and in a quiet location away from the parties and action, with supermarkets nearby. You get a full house for yourself with a lovely outdoor space to have breakfast, lunch or dinner by the pool. You have everything you need, amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

I think it needs some maintenance, there was some mold in the bathroom. Door handlers felt like they would break in your hand at any time and the last day I found a bit of a leak underneath the kitchen basin. For a stay of 3 people for a whole week they only left us one toilet paper and one bag for the trash, I was lucky to find a cleaning lady who kindly gave me more. Bear in mind the house is cold, which is the standard for Spanish buildings but the house comes with AC with a heating system if needed and also with a portable heater for the bathroom.

Villa was lovely and within easy walking distance to everything. Loved it!

The location was great, once we worked out where it was (the address and instructions on how to reach the villa were not clear.) It was fairly spacious and clean. Good value for money.

The accommodation is very sparse with limited furnishings and almost nothing provided - almost no soap, no shower gel, and very little toilet roll, for example - and the kitchen was quite poorly equipped. Fortunately, there are well-stocked supermarkets, including an excellent Aldi, within a ten minute walk of the villa. We couldn’t open our bedroom window and nobody came to fix it when we reported it, but a member of the maintenance team did come and attend to a plumbing fault.

Everything about these villas we like . We have been going for a number of years now and have never had a problem x
