The swimming pool. My grandchildren didn't want to leave.

They are so strict about check out time.

The staff were friendly

The rooms . Bad smell. You could hear people talking in the next room. Broken pipes.

The Room smelt like cat urine. The bath in the room was not user friendly being in the floor . The pools stink like fish. The massage we received was not on par to “a massage therapist “.

The gardens were well maintained and the pool was welcoming. Most of the staff were really friendly and always greeted when walking past. Location was perfect and right down the road from the elephant sanctuary, shops and restaurants.

The unit had one too many issues. Door handles broken and not working, bathroom with no cold water. Outside showers were either dirty or not working and when it rained, the roof leaked all over the one bed and in many other areas. Yes they mention free wifi, but this is not in or near the unit, there is only wifi close to reception.

I didn't like muddy paths when it rains..wish it was paved from one room to the other Lack of mini shop for emergency goodies and some country food prepared per order of course

It was easy to find the property using google maps

Poor network Poor WiFi Poor customer service The price is too high for such a property No iron No kettle just a stove one No change of bedding No change of towels
