The peace and serenity.

Property is affected by load shedding. Theres no microwave in the room to reheat food. The air conditioner was leaking water when turned on and creating a mess. No dstv only open view.

It was very peaceful. the staff were very friendly and accommodating .There are lovely dogs that greet you in the mornings. The facilities are decently clean. All the rooms have fans which is much needed in the summer! The units are fully stocked. There is house cleaning done daily. The bigger units like Ubuntu have a chest freezer which is very handy when travelling in big groups.

There is no signal in any of the units and the facility does not offer Wifi. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities are clean but there are no shower curtains so there is alot of water messed when showering. The houses that are thatched roofs have an awful damp smell throughout.

Our chalet was dirty we had to complain before they change our towels, the sheets and towels had funny smell. No tea or coffee station, you have to even ask for an iron, its not worth the money, the cockroaches are bigger than my small finger, the spiders are all over the room there are even has chameleons in the bathroom. The carpet is dirty it even smells

I loved the atmosphere

Staff so friendly and very helpful. Quiet and peaceful stay. Swimming was so nice and clean.

Place smelled of pee....think it can be the carpets. Not enough kitchen stuff...like no chopping board of grater. Stove choked me,they did exchange it with another one though. No basic stuff like coffee or sugar. Pillows where cheap and woke up with extreme neck pain and headaches.

The second room i was moved in was very good but the first one they gave me was awful

To pay for an additional R380 to be moved to a better room.
