Reception area Swimming areas were clean all the time. Garden view rooms are much better

Thatched rooms were smelling mold. There are lots of spiders inside the room.

The place photos on bookings.com deceives. It’s totally a different thing when you arrive there. No internet, no air conditioning, the place is dirty, beds are not comfortable, they don’t change the sheets, the kitchen is smelling horrible. The place is so bad. I would not encourage any one to go there. When we arrived we were given a very small smelling room with my family, and they changed us to another room after complaining (beach house ). It was so bad. We left the place before our intended time. It’s horrible. They said the breakfast is available but when we get there no breakfast and no restaurant in the facility. It’s bad. Don’t go there by what you see on bookings.com.

The place is nice

The walls are paper thin, I came for a relaxing weekend however I was unable to sleep due to noises from the neighbours. The place could be cleaner than what it was

Good location. Not far from restaurants, the damn wall and other nature attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dogs were my favourite part of the stay.

The mold in the room, and the general cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. The lack of adequate phone network service and WiFi in the rooms. The price of the rooms was also more expensive it's worth.
