The hospitality was very kind I liked everything. There was free wi-fi. Everything was nice I didn't want to leave

Whatever was nice, was totally cancelled out by our extreme bad experience with the fleas/bedbugs that bit us.

FLEAS/BEDBUGS biting us throughout the night in the main bedroom. We were bitten so badly, our bodies were covered all over. Thank God our children's beds weren't infected. The next day when my husband told them, they phoned someone to say we are complaining and they must go clean and then they all left. We couldn't even check out. We had to give the groundstaff the keys. We had to go buy special flea spray at the co-op, spraying all our clothes and dettol and calamine lotion for our bodies. This is not a nice way to start a holiday. We had another night booked on our way back, but were too scared to sleep there again. We cancelled and they refused to waiver our cancellation fees.

The road there was quite rough and not graded The 4-sleeper bungalow only had a very small, absolutely filthy couch and one chair inside The veranda had a broken bench on it The price we paid was absolutely exorbitant for what was on offer The whole surrounding area had been burnt the ground, and they never let us know prior to our booking or arrival that this would have a possible negative effect on our visit (the smell of burn was quite overwhelming) The stove blew up when we switched it on and all our electricity was lost We couldn't find any management on site to assist us We then left the premises to try find alternative accommodation before sunset, without even staying there When we notified the site, they didn't even offer to reimburse us And do we even mention the fact that we came across one of their staff/family members(?) peeing outside and exposing himself, whilst we were walking around the premises......????

The pool was good, it was quiet and peaceful

Their chalets weren’t maintained in equivalency to the price charged per night.

No-one at reception. Had to search for someone to get the key. I don't think they knew our name. Didn't sign in anywhere. Chalet is very rundown and old. No wifi, no signal for our phones, aircon not working. As we were mother and dauvhter and didn't feel comfortable or safe there we just ate our take-away dinner and left within an hour of arriving. I sent a message after we left as no-one saw as leaving to let them know how we felt, no-one replied. I am asking for my money back. I really don't know how their ratings can be so good. This is the worst experience we've ever had.
