Drivers friendly, even the staff friendly only

No service room for two days, no blankets and it was cold, no staff to call during the night , we had a game drive we didn't see any animals only one , tiles inside the chalet are loose , we check out no one available to accept the keys we just left the key inside the chalet, I was so disappointed plus network , two days feels like 1 year no hiking , paintball, no tv no activities only game drive and swimming

Peace, no Tv distractions, excellent for families to have an outing with no gadgets interference.

Not clear about how to access the property. No cellular connection, wifi challenges.

Amazing people, all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved all the animals walking around. Iris makes the most amazing food and we were surprised by some yummy Dutch cake on the house! Accommodation was very clean and neat. Enjoyed the game drive. Great value for money and for friends and family. We will be back - want to use the pool and also go on a hike.

Chalets can do with some upgrades, but we really enjoyed our stay.

The setting is beautiful

The staff are non existent, still waiting to meet one. The chalet is old which is not a problem but seriously neglected. Torn curtains , thin towels and a small blanket.(it was freezing the one night) And the boma area was dirty with old rags in the sink. Easy stuff to remedy. The staff / owners had a party on Saturday night and played loud music until 6am Sunday. Not acceptable. The biggest trauma was the drowned piglet in the swimming pool. Such a pity as the place has potential.

We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant on our first night. We went for a long guided hike, which was great. And we drove the 4x4 track around the farm. Staff and owners were all very friendly.

It would have been nice if there were extra blankets provided in the rooms, It was abit chilly at night. The Chalet kitchens are abit basic, I small sharp knife would have been handy.

The kids absolutely loved the animals and that they could feed and touch them
