"Fijne plek om te verblijven! Executive Suite heeft GEEN jacuzzi"

Een fijne plek met veel privacy. Vriendelijk personeel met een goede keuken, niets is teveel. De dagelijkse gamedrive die bij de overnachting is inbegrepen van 16 - 18 door Heinrich is geweldig.

Wij hadden een Executive Suite geboekt en helaas staat er op de foto's een jacuzzi. Deze is inmiddels vervangen door een plunge pool (onverwarmd) zie foto. In de omschrijving van booking.com staat dus plunge pool en op de foto's staat een jacuzzi. Wij hadden hier melding van gemaakt maar helaas gaat de manager Roan hier niet op in (je betaalt +/- €34 per nacht meer, dit is het ons inziens niet waard).

Abdul/Chief of Staff’s communication and mannerisms were far below the standard expected at a lodge of this caliber, he lacked the basic courtesy expected in any guest-facing role. There was a clear disconnect between his behavior and the otherwise high standards upheld by the rest of the team. Guests should never feel like an inconvenience.

The staff was very attentive, very polite and on request we even got a great campfire dinner. The food was very good. It is a hunting lodge. We didn't know that in advance. So you don't see any lions on the game drive etc.
